Two (2) Years International Warranty

Each of our Mini Sun Power Saver is guaranteed for a Three(3) months on a
one-to-one exchange basis plus Two(2) years international warranty against
manufacturing defects and faulty materials from the date of purchase under normal
installation and use.

Our 90 Days Money Back Guarantee - Local Customers (Singapore) Only

What we guarantee to you as a customer. If you are not satisfied with our product, you
may return it to us within 90 days from the date of purchase and we will give you a
refund based on receipt of puchase (less SGD 30 for Restocking and Delivery).

Our 90 Days Money Back Guarantee - International Customers only

What we guarantee to you as an international customer. If you are not satisfied with
our product shipped to you, you may return it to us within 90 days from the date of
payment and we will give you a refund based on receipt of payment (less USD 30 for
restocking and shipping charges) and you will not be refunded the processing fees
as we have to pay a processing fees of 2.9% of Sale Amount + $0.30 USD to Paypal
and it is not refunded to us.

Local Delivery

Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. All local delivery will be
deliver by our delivery officers/sales representative. When placing your order, please
identify the prefer date on which your order is to be delivered.

International Shipping

All international shipping by Singapore Post. Please allow 14-21 business days to
receive your Package. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer
within 24hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.

Privacy Policy

Minisunpower.com takes privacy very seriously. We do not collect your personal
information when you visit this website. We only collect your personal information
(example: Name, home address, email address, etc) when u place an online order
from our website. We solemnly vow to treat your personal information with strictest
confidential. We will not sell, share, give or disclose our customers' email address
and personal information to any third parties.

Payment Methods

Currently we accept Credit/Debit Card payment through Paypal or 2Checkout
(International customer), Money Transfer through Western Union(International
customer) and Cash on Delivery(Singapore Customer Only).

Taxes

Buyers must handle all customs and taxes in their respective destination. Upon
arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of
any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.
